Google is preparing up for the launch of its flagship device which is the Pixel 2, Google very soon will
be launching the second generation of their phone on 4th October and it looks like we might already
know the specifications for both the upcoming handsets. The alleged specification for the Pixel 2 and
Pixel 2 XL has been leaked on the internet and suggest that both the devices will share most of the
specs but the larger of the two will come with narrow bezels and screen to body ration will be
around 80-85 percent.
If we talk about the key differences here between the Pixel and Pixel 2 XL and Pixel 2, the former
variant has been tipped to come with a QHD Curved Gorilla Glass 5 display with support for wide
colour palette while the latter is expected to come with similar design to last year's model and
feature a full-HD display with Gorilla Glass 5 on top, as per a report by Android Authority. The Pixel 2
XL has been tipped to house a 3520mAh battery while the Pixel 2 is expected to come with a smaller

run Android 8.0 Oreo out-of- the-box, be powered by Snapdragon 835 processor, not only that but it
also features IP67 dust and water resistance rating. The device has been tipped to come with Pixel
Cameras with OIS at front and back, and a dedicated 'Google Imaging Chip'.
The interesting part here is that one of the Android portals has revealed that the second-generation
Pixel smartphone customers will get unlimited Google Cloud storage until 2023. However, it is
currently unclear if users will be able to add just images or all sort of files to this storage.
